Cervecia Loteria was born out of our personal passion for the craft of brewing. We are a group of various individuals with varying degrees of brewing knowledge and experience. We come together whenever the bug to brew bites and we experiment with flavors as much as possible.

We specialize in traditional styles with a Mexican culture-inspired twist. The flavors and culture of Mexico are wide and have taken inspiration from its many immigrants throughout its existence. Some of the most things that we think of as "uniquely Mexican" are actually borrowed and transformed from other cultures to make it unique.​ This includes many of the flavors native to Mexico. And it is with these flavors that we infuse our beers.
