Javier has been an avid craft beer drinker since the mid 90's. What started out as a bottle-collecting hobby, became a life passion. He began brewing at home some time in the early 2000's and has countless recipes to his name now.

In the early 2010's, Javier, working as a Beer Manager for a local beer retailer, has the opportunity to brew and collaborate with several local breweries including Benford Brewing, RJ Rockers, Conquest Brewing, and Seaboard Brewing.

In 2017, Pilot Brewing Company became his first professional commercial brewer job. Currently, you can find him slinging craft beer at Carolina Beer Temple - Charlotte.
