A weird batch of an IPA made solely from leftover ingredients laying around the brewery. We had no expectations or idea how this beer would turn out. Thankfully we ended up with a light-bodied bitter IPA with earthy and grassy notes. This experiment was made with 2-Row, Crystal 60, Brewer's Gold, Cluster, Cascade, and dry hopped with Azacca.
