Tepache is one of the most popular fermented drinks in Mexico. It was originally made from corn, and was used by the Mayans for religious ceremonies. Tepache is naturally low in alcohol (typically less than 1%), but we have jacked up ours with Champagne yeast to up the ABV to XXX. Enjoy this refreshing pineapple cider on a hot summer day to quench any thirst.
